ls1ak Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

General Terms of Use

The ls1ak platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Access to the platform is provided on the basis that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

ls1ak reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These terms are written in English and the English language version takes precedence in the event of any discrepancy or translation issue.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use ls1ak.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal or dishonest purpose.
• You agree that any funds deposited to ls1ak are free from any third-party claim or legal encumbrance.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To use ls1ak you are required to register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid email address and Pakistan phone number. You may only hold one account at any given time — creating multiple accounts for yourself or allowing another person to register using your identity details is strictly prohibited.

ls1ak may require you to verify your identity at any point. This is standard practice and is done to protect all players on the platform. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC or passport copy and a recent proof of address. Until verification is complete, certain platform features — particularly withdrawals — may be restricted.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact ls1ak support immediately and change your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ls1ak platform are conducted in PKR. Deposits are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. ls1ak does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not linked to the account holder. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes outlined in the FAQ section.

• Deposits credited to your PKR balance are available for use immediately upon confirmation.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• ls1ak does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any bonus funds active on your account at the time of withdrawal must meet wagering requirements before the bonus portion can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals of deposited funds (not bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements.

ls1ak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity has triggered a routine review. This is done to protect players and maintain platform integrity.

Bonuses and Promotions

ls1ak offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms and wagering requirements that are communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The Promotions page on the ls1ak website contains the current list of active offers along with their individual terms.

The general rules that apply to all ls1ak bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance, which is kept separate from your cash balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports betting, live casino and game lobby titles may contribute at different rates as specified in individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• ls1ak reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse, including through the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

Sports Betting Rules

The ls1ak sports betting section covers cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test cricket, one-day series and ICC tournaments, as well as football, esports and other international sports. Betting markets and odds are set by the ls1ak trading team and are subject to change before and during events.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports on the ls1ak platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after the confirmation screen has been accepted.
• Bets placed on events where the result was already determined at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ls1ak's discretion, particularly during significant game moments.
• Pricing errors — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault — will result in the affected bet being voided and the stake returned to the player's PKR balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR cash balance immediately upon settlement of the event.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with ls1ak support within 72 hours of the event result being declared. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

For cricket betting specifically, ls1ak follows standard cricket betting rules regarding rain interruptions, match abandonment, player substitutions and DLS method applications. The full cricket betting rules are available in the FAQ section.

Live Casino and Game Lobby Rules

The ls1ak Live Casino operates 24 hours a day with real dealer tables streamed in real time. The Game Lobby contains slots, table games and instant-play titles from third-party providers. All game outcomes in the game lobby are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology.

• Live casino bets must be placed before the dealer announces no more bets. Any bets placed after this announcement are void.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, bets that have already been placed and confirmed will stand. The outcome will be determined by the result of that round as recorded by the studio.
• Game lobby outcomes are independently certified and cannot be influenced by players or ls1ak. Results are final once the game round has completed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all live casino tables and are displayed before joining a table.
• VIP live casino tables are available to players who have reached Silver VIP tier or above, as defined in the VIP programme terms.

VIP Programme Terms

The ls1ak VIP programme is structured across multiple tiers. Progress through tiers is calculated automatically based on your total wagering activity across sports betting, live casino and the game lobby. The specific points or wagering thresholds required for each tier are set out on the VIP page.

• VIP tier progress and associated benefits are reviewed on a rolling monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• Benefits such as higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated account management apply from the date a new tier is reached and remain active until the next review period.
• ls1ak reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, thresholds or the programme structure at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Any abuse of VIP benefits, including coordinated play designed specifically to exploit cashback calculations, may result in VIP status being suspended.

Responsible Gaming

ls1ak is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Online gaming and sports betting are intended as forms of entertainment for adults. The platform provides a set of tools to help players manage their activity and stay within their personal limits.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Reminders: You can set session duration reminders that will alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a self-exclusion of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months directly from your account settings. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Account Closure: If you wish to close your account permanently, contact ls1ak support. Any remaining PKR cash balance will be returned after a standard review.

Account Suspension and Closure

ls1ak reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account is being used fraudulently, including through collusion, match fixing, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Duplicate accounts have been created by the same individual.
• The account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where use of the ls1ak platform is restricted.

In cases of fraud or serious breach, ls1ak reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that fraud or deliberate breach has occurred, any balance associated with that activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds held separately from fraudulent activity will be returned upon conclusion of the review.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ls1ak support. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive PKR cash balance will have that balance returned following a standard verification check.

Limitation of Liability

ls1ak provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform running reliably, ls1ak does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be held liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows or technical faults beyond ls1ak's reasonable control.
• Internet connection issues on the player's side that affect bet placement or game participation.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions or telecommunications failures.

ls1ak's total liability to any player for any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by ls1ak.

Contact and Complaints

If you have a question, concern or complaint about any aspect of ls1ak — your account, a payment, a bet settlement or anything else — the support team is available 24/7 and can be reached from within the platform.

For formal complaints, please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant transaction references or screenshots. ls1ak aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer and you will be kept informed of progress.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between ls1ak and its players in relation to use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings.
